The fish diet for weight loss at Christmas

Is it possible to lose weight or stay fit for Christmas?
Yes, thanks to the fish diet, a way to eat more but lose weight according to this research : the proteins and fats contained in some types of fish allow us to keep our metabolism high even if we eat more calories.

Whether we are out for dinner with relatives or friends or even more so if we invite people home for these holidays , here is a really simple diet plan to lose weight even at Christmas (or NOT get fat).

If we totally excluded the foods allowed we could lose weight, with the foods allowed we can stay fit and avoid taking it.

It is obviously up to us, always keeping in mind that at least during the holidays we can afford to be less strict with ourselves and eat a little more. Instead, we must absolutely avoid overdoing it.

Here is a diet plan for December 24, 25 and 26. All based on fish.

THE FISH DIET AT CHRISTMAS

Breakfast (valid for every day)
Coffee or tea without sugar plus pancakes (cooked with an egg + an egg white + a glass of soy or skim milk without sugar, a pinch of stevia, a pinch of yeast and a tablespoon of wholemeal flour of rice or buckwheat: mix all the ingredients and cook the pancakes in spoonfuls on a pan greased with a little butter). Or an egg plus an egg white cooked scrambled in a little butter + a glass of unsweetened orange juice.

Snack (valid for all three days).
A pound of blueberries or two clementines both mid-morning and as a snack.
