Slow digestion, the worst foods and remedies
Do you suffer from slow digestion? Are you slaves to indigestion, often bloated, do you have a little water retention and every time you eat your  stomach bloating increases , even when you seem to eat little? Well, here is the list of foods that cause slow digestion in general , and that you need to eliminate for some time if you want to resolve the situation. When you are more deflated, remember not to resume eating these things as nothing , but a one-off, knowing full well that the nightmare of indigestion could return.
HOW TO REMOVE SLOW DIGESTION
– Drink water between meals
– Eat fruit between meals and not to finish a meal
– Do not eat different types of carbohydrates in the same meal: no to pasta and potatoes, pasta and bread, rice and pizza, pasta and biscuits. Just a carbohydrate.
– No first course + second course on weekdays
– Regulate yourself as usual, and until the symptoms pass: carbohydrates (bread or pasta or potatoes or pizza) + vegetables / legumes or legumes + vegetables at a meal (fat-based condiments free) as a GLUCIDIC MEAL and proteins + vegetables (but not potatoes) in another meal as a PROTEIN MEAL. For example, carbohydrate meal for lunch and protein meal for dinner. These are the basic rules of the dissociated diet and are good for everyday nutrition.

– Fast food: burgers, fries and so on.
– Carbonated drinks and sweet drinks
– Junk food such as french fries, cookies and snacks. Better a homemade dessert and snacks based on walnuts or hazelnuts as a break for hunger.
– Sushi: glutinous rice, more added sugars, soy sauce and fish. Indigestible for many people.
– In oil: avoid them like the plague
– Fruits too sugary: prefer the acidulous one. But never oranges in the evening.
– Refined carbohydrates: little by little white bread and the like should be replaced with nitegral.
– Spicy foods: well, maybe not…
THE FODMAPS DIET
All of the above recommendations are enough to eliminate a lot of slow digestion problems. If the situation persists, it may be worth eating a diet without FODMAPS foods for a few weeks, which are categories of foods that cause intestinal fermentation.
