The Weight Watchers Diet and the Points Diet
Lose weight by eating what you want and simply by controlling the portions? If you think a similar diet is best for you, then try Weight Watchers. The Weight Watchers Diet is the most famous point diet in history. It was invented in the sixties and then took hold in Italy starting from the seventies, but it definitely depopulated in the eighties.
It was the diet of the 1980s. The advertisements for the products of the Weight Watchers / Punto brand are from the early 1980s and in the 1980s there was no woman in Italy who did not know what the Weight Watchers diet was.

How Does the Weight Watchers Diet Work?
– Depending on your weight loss needs and your characteristics (gender, age, daily activity), you are assigned a daily score, and a list of foods with associated points for each food / recipe: the total sum of the points of the meals not they must exceed your daily score.
– The Weight Watchers method associates a physical activity with the diet, supports you with a nutritionist
and places you within a support group.
– Many lose weight not the Weight Watchers and tend not to regain it, precisely because it is a varied and balanced diet that does not mess up the metabolism.
– Compared to other diets, the foods to be eliminated are very few: for example alcohol, sugary drinks.
Adding the points of the various meals is not as difficult as you might think: in short, it is not a complicated diet and the method offers many menu suggestions for eating out.
