These pancakes are great for starting breakfast right. You can eat them together with a small banana, tea or coffee for a diet breakfast from all points of view. They are easy to prepare and suitable for those on a low-carb and gluten free diet. I got the recipe from the Wellnessmama.com blog
Ingrediants
- One and a half cups of almond flour
- Three large eggs
- A cup of water or skim milk
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of baking soda
- Half a sachet of stevia
- Spices or flavors to taste: cinnamon, vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat the three eggs with the pinch of salt and the honey or stevia. Add the almond flour and the liquids, then the pinch of baking soda.
- Take a non-stick pan or flat pan for crispelle, heat it under the stove with a medium heat and cook the mixture in spoonfuls until it is golden brown. You should get about 18 pancakes. Each pancakes have around 100 calories. For an optimal breakfast you can eat three, with a pound of raspberries or half a ripe banana, coffee or tea sweetened with stevia, for a total of 350 calories and a really satisfying and healthy breakfast.
