I had already anticipated with two articles the release of the book “The turbo diet” by Haylie Pomroy, author we already know for the success of her Super Metabolism diet. The turbo diet is nothing more than the “The Burn” program, a 3, 5, or 10 day lightning diet that Pomroy presented on Christmas on the Dr. Oz show and which she published shortly thereafter. Now the book is finally available in Italian, but let’s start from the beginning.
