Lose weight with Starbene’s Ex-fat diet

The  Ex-Fat diet , published in Starbene magazine , has made many people lose weight allowing them to maintain their weight.

The diet, in fact, unlike many crash and lightning diets is 1500 calories, therefore it is a normocaloric diet.
However little if we consider that a woman needs on average about two thousand calories to stay healthy, but in line with the safest and most effective slimming diets to lose weight.

How many kilos are lost?
With this diet you lose 1 or 2 kilos per month on average, but the great thing is that you will hardly regain the weight lost.
It is also a long-term sustainable diet with no health risk and, when combined with a physical activity program, will allow you to lose fat mass.

This excellent diet was developed by Dr.  Carla Lertola , dietician.
It is particularly suitable for women aged 40 and over and those approaching or going through menopause.
It is also suitable for all women with significant overweight (over 10 kg).

Let’s see what it consists of.
