Sugar-free coffee or tea.
40 gr. of boiled oat flakes in 250 ml of skimmed or soy milk and completed in cooking with 120 grams of apple or pear, a teaspoon of MAGRILAX or molasses. As an alternative to oat flakes: same weight of All Bran cereal with milk.
