LEMONADE TO DEFLATE THE BELLY
Ingredients for 2 glasses
250 ml of fresh and natural water
1 cucumber cut into slices
5-6 mint leaves or basil alternatively
a pinch of cinnamon
a teaspoon of honey
the juice of half a lemon
a pinch of powdered ginger
Put the ingredients in the mixer, blend and pour the mixture into 2 large glasses in which you have put some ice cubes. It is perfect halfway between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner!
