The green tea diet
This diet is said to come straight from Japan, but it is actually a way to lose a size by combining the weight-loss benefits of green tea with a 1200-calorie low-calorie diet.
According to a study, drinking at least five cups would allow you to burn at least 70/80 calories more.
But is it really so?

Green tea has turned out to be the common ground of the diets and lifestyles of many stars .
Angelina Jolie drinks a lot every day, and so does Victoria Beckham.
Nor has the presence on the market of other teas undermined the green one, making it go out of fashion.
Green tea works  , has remarkable antioxidant power and stimulates fat mobilization.
But you must always drink it, and this is the principle of the green tea diet.
Obviously alone is not enough.
This diet, although very simple, tends to be low-calorie , although not restrictive.
Combining it with half an hour of walking makes you lose up to 5 kilos in a month.
It can also be used for just a week, to deflate one kilo and more quickly.
GREEN TEA DIET (TO BE MADE FOR 6 DAYS OUT OF 7)
Breakfast: a glass of water with a sprinkle of lemon. A cup / glass of unsweetened green tea, 1 125-gram low-fat white yogurt (also good Greek) with cinnamon and stevia, 3-4 wholemeal biscuits or 3 wholemeal rusks with three teaspoons of low-sugar jam.
Snack:Â a cup of green tea, a raw carrot or 80 grams of fruit of your choice.
Lunch: up to 150 gr. of chicken or white fish with a large side dish of vegetables of your choice, seasoned with aromatic herbs, spices and up to a teaspoon of oil. Alternatively, legumes, up to 70 grams raw, with a plate of vegetables and a teaspoon of oil.
Snack (after at least two hours):Â Â a cup of green tea flavored with mint and a slice of lemon, plus a 150-gram fruit of your choice.
Two hours after dinner : a cup of green tea.
Dinner (to be done soon):  a nice mixed salad with a teaspoon of oil + 200 grams of vegetables of your choice sautéed in a pan with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, spices, or alternatively a light vegetable cream (such as light minestrone) .
A medium egg or 20 grams of Grana Padano.
A 20-gram slice of wholemeal bread or 2 tablespoons of boiled rice.
A small cube of extra dark chocolate.
Seventh day: the seventh day is free, but the green tea remains. Drink it between meals (never during meals because the polyphenols in the tea interfere with digestion).
