What are the best fruit and vegetable combinations to combat water retention, deflate the tummy and lose weight? Here are some super combinations that between spices, fruits and raw vegetables allow us to obtain the maximum result, and which are fresh and light, ideal for a snack between meals (but not as a substitute meal). For those who have an extractor, the best results are obtained by making juices, but if we do not have one, a centrifuge with this foresight is fine : cut into tiny pieces of vegetables and fruit before putting them in the mixer; run the mixer at minimum speed and proceed for 5-6 seconds, then stop for 10 and repeat. In both cases, juice or centrifuged, we cannot keep them in the fridge, but they must always be prepared at the moment.

CENTRIFUGATI DIMAGRANTI, LE SUPER IDEE!

Slimmer Shot: centrifugate una carota media con una costa piccola di sedano, qualche fetta di rapa rossa (facoltativa), succo di limone, zenzero fresco in succo o polvere, una manciata di spinaci e un’arancia.

Green all’ananas: frullate un cetriolo e una manciata di rucola con 200 ml di succo d’ananas senza zucchero (o il succo di 4-5 fette di ananas) e un piccolo kiwi.

Limonata Funk: frullate mezzo peperone giallo con una mela gialla o rossa matura, un limone intero pelato o in succo e un pezzetto di zenzero fresco. Potete dolcificare con poco miele o sciroppo di agave.

Analcolico rosso: frullate insieme due pomodori maturi e senza buccia con 100 gr. di fragole o ciliegie e qualche foglia di basilico.

Succo di sedano: centrifugate solo del sedano, in combinazione con del finocchio o da solo, e bevetene 2-3 bicchieri nel corso della giornata con una spruzzatina di limone se volete perdere peso.

Pera e zenzero: antiossidante e dimagrante, si ottiene frullando una pera sbucciata con dello zenzero fresco (2-3 fettine) e mezza tazza di ghiaccio.
