How to go to the gym without being unmotivated (or going crazy)
In the United States, a sedentary lifestyle is considered as dangerous as the habit of smoking: without wanting to exaggerate to believe that the couch potato and those who smoke three packs of cigarettes a day have the same health problems, or run the same risks, but it is true. that many people underestimate physical activity, and above all disdain gyms, which are in fact stormed at certain times, in the hot months when people want to lose weight (January, May-June, September-October) and deserted or almost for the rest of the time. In this way, people, in order not to go to the gym, choose to keep active in another way, for example by going for a run, walking every day, doing gymnastics at home.. All things certainly important, but even easier to leave than the gym itself.
The main reason is motivation. In other words: but who makes us do it?
Exactly how long do we have to wait to see the first results?
How do we find a repetitive activity stimulating or fun, which may take us hours between going, going back, showering, warming up and finally exercising?
The second reason, apart from motivation (which also includes missed expectations, boredom and so on), it’s called “body acceptance”, and it’s something that in recent years, personal trainers with decades of experience and gyms to keep going, they began to notice exactly like psychotherapists and nutritionists. The reason?
