one day dietA day of detoxifying diet, which this time comes from the Nanopress PourFemme website : a day just to feel fitter, deflate, fight water retention, lose a few pounds, fill up on vitamins and minerals. I chose this one-day diet precisely because it provides many micronutrients and because in 24 hours it allows us to take interesting substances, for example a good dose of antioxidants starting in the morning. I recommend it for those who, with this regime of about a thousand calories (abounding in vegetables, otherwise even less), want to feel lighter than a few pounds, in view of an important appointment, or immediately rejoin the ranks after a day in which they have gone too far .
Here is the diet plan, and the simple recipes to do it right away.

A DAY OF DETOX DIET (FROM POURFEMME)
Breakfast:
 1 portion of energy smoothie with berries. In a blender pour 100 ml of pomegranate juice, with 1 glass of blackberries, 1 of strawberries, 1 of raspberries, 1 of blueberries (alternatively frozen ones are ok). 
Lunch: a vegetable soup, recommended potatoes, broccoli, eggplant, carrots (ok a teaspoon of raw oil). Dinner: A salmon steak or baked sea bass with draining vegetables, for example artichokes or asparagus and a teaspoon of raw oil.

How much to drink? Drink between meals and according to thirst, limiting yourself to water. This one-day diet is low-calorie, I would say strictly low-calorie, about a thousand calories. The advice is not to last it for more than a day, but to use it for example as a compensatory day, for example on Monday if we ate too much on Sunday.
