The diet of 2 days before the holidays

A 2-day diet developed by British personal trainer Danni Levy as the Pyramid Diet : a cyclical scheme that alternates days with low carbohydrates, days with carbohydrates and days without carbohydrates. In this case, for the upcoming holidays, I wrote three articles on the same topic: a 3-day diet, a 2-day diet and the last one, tomorrow before Christmas Eve, for those who want to keep themselves light.
Here is the outline of the 2 day diet.

THE DIET OF 2 DAYS BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS!

DAY 1:
This day includes carbohydrates only for breakfast, + fruits and vegetables.
Breakfast: coffee or tea and two slices of toasted whole wheat bread with a teaspoon of almond or peanut butter (alternatively plain butter) and one teaspoon of jam.
Snack: a medium fruit of your choice apart from banana
Lunch: Salad with natural tuna and boiled sponge beans, with 100 gr. natural tuna, 170 gr. boiled sponge beans, chopped celery, a teaspoon of oil, free vinegar, free spices. An herbal tea. As an alternative to the salad, a carpaccio of bresaola or smoked salmon (100 g) with rocket (100 g), cherry tomatoes (200 g) and a teaspoon of oil, plus a slice of wholemeal bread of about 20 grams.
Snack:a low-fat Greek yogurt type total 0%
Dinner:  slice of meat or grilled fish fillet (150 gr) with a side dish of vegetables of your choice (no potatoes, no legumes, no corn), seasoned with a teaspoon of oil, free spices and aromatic herbs librere + a purifying herbal tea.

DAY 2:
Breakfast: omelette of four egg whites with a pinch of stevia and a spoonful of coconut flour; or a package of low-fat cottage cheese (200 g) with 50 g of currants or raspberries, cinnamon to taste, a pinch of stevia. Coffee or tea to taste, but without sugar. 
Snack:
 fennel or celery pinzimonio or cucumbers with a teaspoon of oil + a herbal tea of ​​your choice or green tea. As an alternative to the pinzimonio: a raw carrot. 
Lunch:
 grilled fish to taste gr. 200, plus a portion of pan-fried spinach with a teaspoon of butter and a tablespoon of Parmesan. A herbal tea of ​​your choice.
Snack : a piece of Parmesan cheese (20 gr), a cup of green tea
Dinner:half avocado cut into pieces with 50 gr. of smoked salmon (or a hard-boiled egg) and half a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar + herbs to taste (no balsamic vinegar glaze). Stir-fried shrimp (150 gr) with soy sauce + 100 gr. of sautéed bean sprouts with a teaspoon of oil. A purifying herbal tea.
