If the diet convinces you and you want to continue it, here is the basic daily scheme that will allow you to make it last by designing recipes similar to those in the weekly program. It is an ideal diet for those who have less than ten kilos to lose, do not want to follow a strict diet, but simply want to have a direction and some advice to reduce calories. Here’s how to eat.Â
SCIENTIFIC DIET SCHEME
A kilo a week away
Breakfast:Â Coffee or tea with a teaspoon of sugar + 3 rusks with 3 teaspoons of jam.Â
Or:Â Coffee or tea (or herbal tea) with a teaspoon of sugar or honey, a 0% fat Greek yogurt with 3 tablespoons of muesli or breakfast cereals of your choice.
Snack:Â a fruit including apple, pear, kiwi, orange or berries
Lunch: 80 grams of pasta or rice or 90 grams of egg pasta, dressed with vegetable sauce or simple sauce and a tablespoon of oil. A vegetable side dish of your choice sautéed in a pan with a teaspoon of oil or boiled and seasoned with a teaspoon + lemon oil. Freedom for spices, aromas.
Snack:like in the morning. Some fruits can also be tasted cooked.Â
Dinner: a dish of vegetable soup without potatoes (optional) + second course with 2 eggs, or 100 gr of red meat, or 150 gr. of white meat or fish or 250/300 gr of crustaceans or molluscs or 150 gr of already cooked legumes, seasoned with a maximum of one tablespoon of oil, plus spices and free aromas. Side dish: about 200 grams of raw or cooked vegetables of your choice seasoned with a teaspoon of oil.
