1) Your book revolves around four cases successfully solved thanks to Nutritional Biotherapy. Could you explain to our readers what Nutritional Biotherapy is and what objectives it sets?
The BTN is a medical-nutritional discipline, developed several years ago by Prof.ssa Domenica Arcari Morini.
First of all, it involves a diagnosis to be made to the patient, which remains the fundamental step, and a very careful study of the chemical-physical properties of foods, of the cooking methods and their combinations, in order to model a valid, personalized therapeutic approach on them. and effective, which can replace or assist traditional medical therapy.
