The worst foods for weight loss

The worst foods for weight loss

They look healthy, but they are a loner. A great sòla. Light only in appearance, these foods are often the protagonists of diets or food trends (such as the so-called “wraps”, basically wraps), but in the end they weigh both in calories and in the quality of the ingredients.
Other than foods to lose weight and to improve the diet: these foods in which we often linger believing we are making healthy choices are a good rip-off, especially when we prefer them to other choices that are more satisfying and tasty for us, believing we are good.
Not at all. We might as well take what we wanted!

The right foods to lose weight?  Better would be to say the worst! Let’s see what they are.

WHAT ARE THE WORST FOODS TO LOSE AND STAY FIT
Who doesn’t like to pay attention to what they put on their plate? Let’s see who you fall into these little traps.
1) Dehydrated fruit: boy, it is fashionable. Ever since they put it in those colorful bags, calling it fruit cubes, or fruit snacks, among berries and blueberries and mango cubes, one eats a bag of healthy snacks. Other than I want you to fill up on that stuff, have you taken a look at the calories? And the ingredients? These are small bombs with added sugars and oils.
2) Bottled teas:good in summer. Together with those nice yellow or white or red fruit juices that have a 13 percent concentrate. And lots of sugar. The amazing thing is that we would use less than half the sugar used in these teas to make iced tea at home.
3) Vegetable burgers: the vegan alternative is nice. Too bad they are small hand grenades. In vegetable burgers you can find a bit of everything, as in the Irish stews of the book by Jerome K. Jerome. From soybean oil to salt cube (then you make your own nuts, but you can find the cube in vegan burgers) to suspicious additions of vegetable fat, these burgers are unexpectedly bad choices.
