Two dietary juices according to the nutritionist

Two dietary juices according to the nutritionist

I make a small introduction to this article: I’m not a fanatic of smoothies and smoothies, but I admit that especially the smoothies and extracts are conquering me little by little. They are light and allow us with the right combinations of fruit and vegetables to obtain snacks that are not only healthy, but also rich in vitamins and minerals. And I assure you that with heat and stress, paying attention to our intake of trace elements is essential both for those who follow a diet and for those seeking to stay healthy
(in reality, even those on a diet must first think about health, but this is another fact).

In this regard, I propose two dietary juices that Dr. Carla Frongia , nutritionist I follow and who combines healthy nutrition with a lot of common sense,   has illustrated on her facebook page along with many other options (you can find them all here). With a recommendation that comes to us from the doctor herself: “if you use the classic blender: do not overheat the blades but use the“ pulse ”function or blend intermittently. Some nutrients, such as vitamins, deteriorate with heat ”. So it is possible, if you do not have an extractor or centrifuge, to also use a blender or mixer, as long as you are careful or to use the pulse function or to switch off and on intermittently, so that the blades do not overheat.
But now we come to the two recipes of dietary juices among those proposed by the doctor:

ANTI-CELLULITE AND FAT BURNING CENTRIFUGATE
1 grapefruit
1/2 lemon
1 lime
2 slices of fresh pineapple
2 cm of ginger root (therefore fresh ginger)
(ps: citrus fruits must be peeled)

CENTRIFUGAL AGAINST WATER RETENTION
2 slices of fresh pineapple
1/2 fennel
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon
20 spinach leaves
