Pasta Young, the protein and functional pasta

Pasta Young, the protein and functional pasta

Today I dedicate my articles to a product that I have tried for you (indeed, to more products) and which is called Pasta Young. A premise: I have always been interested in so-called functional foods, or those foods that are making room for themselves on the market because they add a series of nutrients with certain characteristics to the traditional version.

I immediately liked Pasta Young and for this reason, after seeing the advertisement, I went to the site and decided to try it. I can only speak well of it.

There are four lines of Pasta Young , designed for different needs: a protein and low carb pasta suitable for both low carb protein diets, ketogenic diets, and ketogenic diets with a high fat content, or the Pasta Young High Protein; two different types of pasta designed for the Zone diet (one complete with branched chain amino acids!), but also valid for the flexible IIFYM-style diet, the Pasta Young BCAA Zone and the Bean Zone; a paste with a high fiber content perfect for those who must maintain their body weight, the Fiber Plus.

All of these products are vegan and low on the glycemic index . They keep cooking extraordinarily, better than any wholemeal or traditional pasta. They are tasty and unlike many competitors, similar to pasta. I’m pasta. A special type of pasta, capable of satisfying you with only 50 grams.
To make a complete article, I decided to create recipes for each type of pasta, telling you about their advantages.

All the Pasta Young varieties are specially designed for sports nutrition and supplementation, but they are also perfect for those who must follow a low glycemic index diet, lose weight or keep fit. The cost is not prohibitive compared to wholemeal pasta that you find from organic farming, it is certainly higher than supermarket pasta.

But compared to eighty or one hundred grams, 50 grams of this pasta are enough to satiate you , and at the same time allow you to keep carbohydrates under control.

My favorite is Pasta High Protein, which I think I’ll buy often. First of all, it’s a paste that makes it easier for me to get to my protein needs without the need for supplementing with protein powders. It is very digestible, unlike protein powders, alas. You can even eat a protein or ketogenic diet without leaving the state of ketosis.

In fact, a 50-gram serving of High Protein pasta provides 15.5 grams of carbohydrates. On a normal keto diet, total daily carbohydrates must be less than 20 grams if we are heavily restricted, 40 or 50 grams as a rule. This allows us to eat a portion of this pasta and continue to lose weight in keto.
