Dcomedieta #tips, our tips for losing weight

Starting this week, every Monday Dcomedieta will publish a cartoon with our weight loss tips: these are a few rules to be adopted that are proven by studies and that can be effective for those who want to lose weight and have tried them all without results.
I’ll also summarize them in written form in an article for those wishing to learn more.
In this cartoon there are three tips.
1) Drink a drink based on cumin seeds , whose slimming properties have been proven by several studies:just make a decoction of cumin seeds (a tablespoon of cumin seeds boiled for 5/10 minutes in a glass of water) and add a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. This drink regulates the sense of hunger, helps digestion and regularity, deflates the belly.

2) Eating a plate of crudités (a pinzimonio) or the second protein dish before the first course is an effective strategy for those who want to lose weight and keep blood sugar under control. 
3) Reducing carbohydrates without completely eliminating them is an excellent strategy to lose weight: varying the diet by avoiding always eating pasta but alternating it with false cereals (quinoa or buckwheat, always 50 g) or potatoes (200 g) is another way to improve digestion, enzymatic activity and vary the diet.

 Limiting yourself to 50 grams of complex carbohydrates per meal is a great way to healthy weight loss if your dish is packed with vegetables, protein paired, and simply seasoned. Eating in this way, the daily amount of carbohydrates, if we do not always eat pasta, bread or rice but alternate it with the sources I have described, remains between 100 and 150 grams of net carbohydrates per day. The right range to reduce body weight without health consequences.
