The one, two or three day detox diet

Today I am talking about a very versatile detox diet , a lightning regimen that has a peculiarity: it allows you to fill up on fruit and vegetables and can be done in one, two or three days depending on our needs.
It is not calorically prohibitive , but at the same time it allows us to deflate, quickly rebalance the intestinal bacterial flora, start again with a kilo less (if we do it for all three days): it is ideal if we are stressed, down in tone, we prepare to eat a lot in the following days or on the contrary if we ate too much in the previous days. Just follow the detox diet scheme (with variations) for the time you prefer!

DETOX DIET FOR ONE, TWO OR THREE DAYS: THE SCHEME
Breakfast:
 detox smoothie with vegetable proteins
* Detox smoothie recipe:
for one person (about 2 glasses of smoothie)
200 gr blueberries or 2 ripe kiwis or 100 gr banana + a lemon juice
a scoop of rice or pea protein (30 g)
1 teaspoon of almond butter (7 g)
a cup of water (250 ml)
Lunch: rich salad + 2 spelled or rice cakes
* Rich salad recipe:
– 200 g salad mixed green or lettuce
– 1 tablespoon of oil
– choice of foods: 1 medium courgette, 1/4 finely chopped fennel, 2 carrots, 1 green pepper, 2 celery sticks, 2 tomatoes
200 gr of bean sprouts or 200 gr of champignon mushrooms or 150 red onion (alternatively choose two raw vegetables).
– 50 gr avocado or 10 olives
– lemon juice or apple vinegar, salt. 
Snack: detox smoothie with vegetable proteins (always one portion, equivalent to two glasses)
Dinner:  minestrone without legumes or potatoes *, two plates, with a teaspoon of oil per plate.
(if you want it can be replaced with a vegetable cream obtained by cooking 1 vegetable of your choice in a cup of vegetable broth and blending it all)
