The 12 effects of a healthy diet
Are you trying to improve your nutrition, are you trying to eat a healthy diet? Here is a little test developed by nutritional therapist  Catherine Crow of the Butter Nutrition blog  : If your body is sending you these 12 signals of well-being, then it means that you are on a healthy diet, or healthier than before.
If, on the other hand, you do not have these signals, but you have divergent or opposite signals, it is the case to review your diet: for example by identifying what is hurting you, and trying to eliminate it, or trying to reinsert in the diet the foods that you had eliminated, what which may have caused you stress and nutritional deficiencies.
THE 12 SIGNS THAT ARE MAKING YOU UNDERSTAND IF YOUR DIET IS HEALTHY OR NOT
1) You feel more energetic: in the morning you are not lethargic, you do not wake up with difficulty but you are full of desire to do. Your NEAT (non-exercise activity-induced thermogenesis) has also improved: you get up often, you are more vital, you move more quickly, hum, sometimes even hops, feel baldandozo, etc.
2) You don’t feel stress like before and your mood is more stable.
3) Nails and hair appear stronger: the nails do not flake, you do not lose your hair as before, the strands seem more elastic. 4) Sleep has improved: in the evening you feel normal fatigue, fall asleep easily. 5) You have less desire for sweets.
6) You have a better intestinal regularity: go to the bathroom without constrictions, once but also more than once a day. Stools are usually regular.
7) Has less bloating in general, flatter stomach, less difficulty digesting many foods that were previously problematic.
8) For women: more regular cycle and less premenstrual pain. The pains have significantly decreased, the cycle is regular both in terms of time and flow.
9) Greater desire, increased libido.
10) Greater fertility:for women, for example, being able to recognize the ovulatory period more clearly. In women, no dryness episodes. In men, better erectile function.
11) Easier to stay in the same weight. Also tendency to eat more in order not to lose weight.
12) Lighter skin, less impurities, more radiance.Â
