Marc Messegué’s one-day diet, the scheme

A reader of mine had already suggested that I include Marc Messegué’s one-day diet scheme .
A method that, according to the famous phytotherapist and wellness guru, would allow you to lose over five kilos in a year. How? You diet only one day a week, the rest of the week you eat normally.

This means dieting for 52 days in a year, but be careful.
As I specified in the previous article, Messegué still gives advice on how to eat for the rest of the days. Advice that I will also repeat in this article, but let’s go in order.
