How to choose your ideal diet
I write this article for those who ask me which diet I can recommend them to lose weight. One thing to understand that is fundamental in my opinion, to avoid wasting time and gambling on health, is that any diet can lead to a result in terms of weight loss, and that if by cutting calories or eliminating certain foods you are unable to lose weight, probably before asking what else to do, it is necessary to ask yourself two questions:
– how are we put on a metabolic level?
– am I safe / secure to eat the calories and foods I say, or am I cheating a bit?
HOW ARE WE PUT ON THE METABOLIC LEVEL?
As for the first question, there is no diet that fits. Nor miracle.Â
If you suspect that you have a slow metabolism , it’s not like you can keep cutting calories or you can think about cutting carbs. As I explain here, there are no “tricks” that take. The number of meals is essentially irrelevant and subjective. Drinking more can lead to stress, you and your kidneys.
If you use the wrong thermogenic, you could poison your liver: one thing that the companies that sell supplements are silent about are the cases of liver toxicity, which regularly rise to the headlines. Finally, for how many people say they have lost weight in two or three weeks, nothing is known about the people who with the same method as the first not only do not lose weight, but after the treatment they take it back with the interests.
If our metabolism is low, taking a normal calorie period is essential. Later you can think of choosing an activity that favors the growth of lean mass and only then can you cut (few) calories. This is the mistake that many make when they go to the nutritionist.
It is not honest to be silent about dieting all the time . Having been on crash diets, messing with supplements and other ingenious gimmicks and so on.
Worse still, having an eating disorder.
A wrong you do to yourself.
Let’s say, however, that you eat a normal diet instead, only compared to some time ago you notice that you are putting on weight.
Let’s see the second case. Are you sure you’re not cheating on how much you eat? What if this thing is a little unconscious?
