Oatmeal porridge with tea: super antioxidant
A recipe that comes to us from the team of nutritionists working on Dr. Oz Show’s program: a very healthy oat porridge , which has no water or milk as a base, but tea. In particular, this oatmeal porridge recipe features white oolong tea, but it can also be made with green tea.  The result is a very healthy cream that is much richer in antioxidants. Try it in combination with these ingredients to start the day well.
