The lemon detox smoothie (if you overeat at night)

Have we eaten too much or do we expect to eat too much, especially in the evening? If we eat a normal diet, taking in extra calories in the evening may not be a good idea, while if during the day we have kept our caloric range under control, perhaps with an intermittent fast or with strictly low-calorie meals, apart from a momentary one. sense of bloating, we will not gain weight at all. The problem is that most of the time a big dinner fits into a normocaloric context at the start: breakfast, snacks, normal lunch and then a dinner, rather than dinner.
Clearly, you run the risk of putting on weight , especially if we don’t tighten the calories a little bit the next day.

Also, depending on how we ate for dinner, the excess could be accompanied by a feeling of bloating and water retention. How to remedy this mess?
An idea could be to remedy later or earlier, with a detox smoothie that, if we plan to eat a lot at dinner, can replace the previous meal, otherwise, the next day’s lunch.

This lemon detox smoothie is a perfect combo between citrus fruits and substances rich in antioxidants, especially beneficial when we ate junk (or plan to eat it): the recipe is taken from Simple Green Smoothies.
