Books for Christmas: what to give according to D.!
This year I am recommending some purchases for Christmas, especially if you want to focus on quality, make smart choices and just a click away.
And I do it by suggesting the titles of some books that, despite the fact that in Italy you read little, not only can be interesting, but above all they will prove to be useful books and not things to be forgotten or disposable or worse still to be recycled, such as many diet books that are now in fashion and next year are not.
They will be much appreciated gifts.
And even if these are books that are suitable for everyone, I specify for which people they will prove to be particularly suitable gifts.
Here is my super Christmas gift list! And if you want anything other than books, here’s what I recommend.Â
GIVE A BOOK FOR CHRISTMAS: THE BOOKS ACCORDING TO DCOMEDIETA
– To a vegan friend (or friend): if you have such a friend, the recipes of Dr. Maria Papavasileiou , nutritionist and dietician, included in her book “ Eat Smart “, will win you over. I have read the book and I can assure you that these are not the usual recipes that are caught on the internet. In addition, in the first part of the book, the doctor provides many useful tips to lose weight and stay fit with a more conscious and green diet.
Eat smart – The diet so greedy that you don’t want to transgress
– For the “anti-hoax” friend who wants to keep himself informed about nutrition and its false myths (or to a friend). One of the latest books by Dario Bressanini, “Against Nature: from GMOs to organic” , tells what is true against some myths that have made their way into the world of nutrition, but also what lies behind the foods we consider healthy or on the contrary if the demonized foods are actually the monsters we imagine. The books of Dario Bressanini, chemist and scientific popularizer, are all to be read.
Against nature. From GMOs to “organic”, false alarms and hidden truths of the food we bring to the table .
