How to detoxify after the Christmas, New Year and Epiphany holidays?

Here is a detox diet conceived by Dr. Nicola Sorrentino, the famous dietician of VIPs, and presented exclusively on TV. Ideal not only to lose those extra pounds that have brought us the Christmas holidays, but also to put the stomach and liver back in place from the food revels we sustained until Epiphany.

HOW TO DETOX AFTER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS?
THE DIET OF DR SORRENTINO

7-day low-calorie and detox diet

Foods not: proteins of animal origin, processed and industrial foods, packaged sweets

Breakfast: 2 glasses of bicarbonate-sulphate-calcium water (Boario type) + coffee or tea + soy milk (one glass *) or 125 gram soy yogurt with whole grains without sugar (because it is low-calorie, about 2 heaping tablespoons are fine *)

Snack: 1 glass of water + three walnuts or 10 almonds (also valid as a snack)

Lunch: 2 glasses of water + a plate of grilled vegetables or a plate of pureed soup without legumes or potatoes with a teaspoon of oil.

Dinner: a plate of pasta or rice with legumes (for example 60 grams of pasta and 40 grams of dried legumes) and vegetables or a plate of natural tofu, with side vegetables and a 50 grams wholemeal sandwich.

After dinner: a purifying herbal tea

The diet must be done for a week and allows us to immediately lose two kilos.
