Diet for indigestion, how to behave?

Diet for indigestion, how to behave?

Is there a frequent indigestion diet? How should we behave at the table if after every meal we experience stomach pain, bloating, gastric reflux, heartburn? In fact, indigestion can be an isolated case (we ate too much, and often quickly, so much so that we reach the sense of satiety too late and all at once) and it can instead be a common case in some subjects, for example in anxious people.
If we often remain with food on our stomac or, we can practice some precautions and follow a diet for frequent indigestion. Let’s first see what these precautions are and what to avoid if the problem occurs often.

DIET FOR INDIGESTION: THE SMALL RULES TO FOLLOW
1) The problem of satiety: people who suffer from frequent indigestion do not immediately recognize the signs of satiety. To overcome this problem, a series of precautions can be adopted: start the meal with raw vegetables to munch on, or drink two glasses of water; take small bites and chew for a long time; prefer a dissociated diet, with the first at lunch and the second in the evening or vice versa.
2) Small meals are better: avoid very large meals if you suffer from frequent indigestion, but prefer small and frequent meals. For example, move fruit to snacks and not as between meals, have breakfast, reduce portions for lunch and dinner with the help of a side of vegetables

3) The actual diet, what advice? In addition to having small and frequent meals, avoiding feasting, stimulating the sense of satiety thanks to chewing, for those suffering from frequent indigestion the advice is to eat more cleanly, avoiding heavy foods to digest such as foods with elaborate sauces, fried foods or cooked in the oven at too high temperatures, toasted foods, too fatty foods. Protein foods should be eaten in small quantities but perhaps more often, for example even for breakfast. Also pay attention to combinations: acidic foods such as tomatoes, citrus fruits, red fruits, kiwis, should not be consumed in combination with dairy products or other fatty foods. So no to strawberries and cream or caprese.
