Dr. Ciro Vestita’s weight loss diet

Many people ask us about the diets of the famous doctor Ciro Vestita , a Tuscan dietician and phytotherapist, often a guest of TV broadcasts.
In addition to recommending his latest book,  Healing with herbs: Everything the drug industry does not want you to know , released at the end of 2016, I bring you a diet plan that I found on the net (attention, not on the doctor’s website. Vestita) and an article in which I propose her herbal teas as an aid to lose weight.

But let’s get to the slimming diet of Dr. Ciro Vestita.

A very simple scheme that includes many variations to be able to fine-tune our daily menu. Clearly, this is a generic scheme and not customized to your case.

You have to take this into account every time you rely on the net for a nutrition plan.

DR. CIRO VESTITA’S SLIMMING DIET
(Lose a kilo a week)

  • Breakfast.
    Choose one of the following combinations:
  • Partly skimmed milk 200 gr + barley coffee or 1 tablespoon of unsweetened coffee. To sweeten use 1 teaspoon of honey.
  • Juice of two oranges.
  • Tea or coffee with 1 level teaspoon of brown sugar and 30 g of bread with a veil of sugar-free jam.
  • 1 egg + 30 gr of wholemeal bread.
  • 200 gr of white skimmed yogurt.
