All people who want to lose weight, that is, who set weight loss as a goal, cannot intuitively eat and eat as it happens. In fact, in order to really do intuitive eating , you need to be free from any conditioning regarding weight loss. First you have to like yourself and learn to accept yourself at any size. Do not weigh yourself or examine yourself in front of the mirror.
