The deflating herbal tea with aromas
A deflating and flavored herbal tea, ideal to drink after meals: here is the recipe for a deflating herbal tea with spices and aromatic herbs, ideal for deflating the stomach and helping digestion, but also with a draining and anti-cellulite effect. Here is the recipe:
For two cups of deflating herbal tea:
a handful of fresh basil leaves
a tablespoon of fennel seeds
a piece of fresh ginger (2-3 cm) or half a teaspoon of powdered ginger
a heaping teaspoon of honey
400 ml of water
Boil the water and when it is boiling add the spoonful of fennel seeds: boil over low heat for five minutes, then turn off, add the ginger and basil leaves and keep in infusion covering the saucepan with a saucer for others five minutes. Finally, dissolve the honey in the herbal tea, filter and serve: the dose of the deflating herbal tea is for two cups, but you can also drink one lukewarm and the other at room temperature. It is delicious and has a very good aroma!
