Which diet and which physical activity make you lose weight the most?

Which diet and which physical activity make you lose weight the most?

Which diet and which physical activity make you lose weight the most? I have the answer, guys.
And every day that passes, I find confirmation without even trying too hard that this is the right answer.
And the answer is (drum roll): what you want to do .

I know, you are saying that I won the prize thanks to the Ciufolo of the year. however it is exactly like that.
We have to go on a diet, but if we are sure that it will not go well, if we do not want to reduce the amount of food, if we want to eat what we want when we want it and no argument seems convincing to us, it is useless even to try. We should, of course, do it if our weight and health conditions make countermeasures mandatory: but if we are the first to row against it, if it seems like a self-imposed dictatorship, if we get up in the morning and first think “god, the diet! ”, then the results we will obtain will be weakened by 90%.

The big, substantial difference between those who make it and those who can’t lose weight lies in the motivation .
If I want to lose weight, first of all I choose a regimen that suits my lifestyle habits.
If I have digestive problems, eating ten servings of fruit and vegetables a day can give me problems. If I like gluttony, doing a detox regimen where the only delicacy is chicken is not the solution.
But.
If I like cooking I will try to challenge myself to create beautiful recipes with low calorie ingredients : pancakes with a banana and two egg whites, vegetable and legume patties, yoghurt sauces, desserts with a few chopped nuts, cocoa and cottage cheese. . It is full of blogs offering delicious but low calorie insights.
Instead of thinking of the cake as Nigella’s, why not try making a light cake with lots of fruit?
If I don’t like cooking and I don’t have time, I will look for snacks and find healthy to avoid eating junk.
Thank goodness, you can lose weight or stay in shape by following dozens of different paths: so we just have to find one that suits us.
Same thing for physical activity: I’ve been going to the gym for two years, and if there’s one thing I notice right away it’s the ease with which people who sign up drop out after a few months. You understand that they will give up because they DON’T love what they do. They do exercises without asking, they scramble for immediate results, they snort.
I know a girl (who later gave up) who was puffing in the weight room.
Imagine the scene. You are there to pull up a barbell with her nice load, you take a break, you get off the bench and you see this girl telling you that she can’t take it anymore, that she doesn’t feel like it, that everything is horrible .
The question: what are you doing here? it arises spontaneously.
Also because numerous studies have confirmed that motivation in weight loss is essential both to acquire new skills and to achieve one’s goals ( source ).

If I like to work out, I will find the activity less stressful and more enjoyable; I will try harder; I will study and speak with the instructors to understand how to achieve certain goals.
But if I consider it a waste of time, why do it?
I can go dancing, I can swim, I can walk.
Here too, there are many and many activities that can keep me busy and make me less sedentary with greater profit. So always ask yourself one thing: do I like it or is it a cross?
Am I improving or deteriorating the quality of my life?
Am I stressing myself unnecessarily? Do I feel miserable?
A healthy lifestyle should make us less stressed and happier, more fulfilled.
If it doesn’t, it means you’re still a long way from finding what you like.
Which exists, in my opinion. We just have to understand what it is.
But make the choice aware.
