Basically, the first week of the Swift Flat Stomach Diet is an average 1200 calorie diet, with dietary restrictions affecting excess sugars, alcohol, coffee, animal fats, dairy products and some grains that contain gluten, as well as eggs they are not present.
Breakfast and snacks are the same for the entire duration of the diet even in the second week.You can take up to two tablespoons of oil in the condiments, but it is necessary to avoid onion and garlic among the odors if not in minimal quantities, while spices and aromatic herbs are free.

This second week is 1300 calories and according to the doctor allows a weight loss of about one kilo.

SWIFT DOCTOR’S FLAT BELLY DIET
Valid for every day
Breakfast: 2 rice or corn cakes with a protein smoothie obtained by blending 150 g of yogurt or low-fat kefir with 300 g of berries + a teaspoon of honey + tea with a teaspoon of honey.

Dinner: 150 g of baked plaice with a free quantity of mixed salad and 4 rice or corn cakes.
