I ate too much for dinner: how to fix it?

We have an important dinner, we were unable to eat less during the day because it was not planned to overdo it at dinner, or because we simply wanted to disconnect from the diet (or from our usual moderate diet): how to fix it?

Generally, if I ate too much for dinner, I always have a more rigid half-day plan to follow the next day. Rigid, yes, but not punitive. This allows me to stay on the line while still allowing myself an evening of freedom. With this plan, it’s easy to have a normal meal at dinner and still find yourself eating half of what we usually would.

The ideal combination is the one that provides few net carbohydrates between breakfast and lunch, a lot of fiber and the right amount of protein to make our meals satisfying anyway. If I ate too much the day before, I must avoid falling into gross errors such as “I only eat fruit”, “I only eat vegetables”, “I only eat minestrone”! Definitely light options, but which make us arrive in the afternoon with a wolfish hunger.

Here’s a low calorie pattern for the first part of the next day if we overdid it the night before. It can also be used as a Monday diet.
