Two detox drinks with green tea
Green tea, which we know is rich in antioxidant substances that are friendly to metabolism and weight loss, stimulates thermogenesis thanks to some of its components (i.e. it makes us burn more), and is therefore indicated in slimming diets to promote loss of weight.
The following detox drinks that I propose are based on green tea , and can be drunk cold or hot. Even replacing green tea with matcha tea we would have excellent benefits for the body, however in these two detox drinks it is the spice component that in combination with tea gives us the maximum anti-inflammatory, draining and fat-burning result.
Here are the two detox drinks you should definitely try :
FIRST MIX: HYPOGLYCEMICING GREEN TEA AND FAT BURNERS
Water for a cup of green tea and a bag of green tea (or alternatively matcha)
A stick of cinnamon
A pinch of cayenne pepper powder (yes, it’s hot pepper)
The juice of a lemon
A generous teaspoon of honey
Spices are added as the water heats up to a boil. Then it turns off, the tea and lemon juice are added, left to infuse for 5 minutes under cover and finish with the honey.
SECOND MIX: PURIFYING AND DEFLATING GREEN TEA
Water for a cup of green tea and a bag of green tea (or alternatively matcha)
5-6 cm of fresh ginger root
The juice of a lemon
A generous teaspoon of honey
Fresh leaves of mint
The root is added while the water is heating up to a boil. Then it turns off, the tea and lemon juice are added, left to infuse for 5 minutes under cover with fresh mint leaves and finish with honey.
