Delicious breakfast with light pudding
A light pudding on a base of rusks to start the day well , indeed, I would say very well: I tried this recipe from the  Fast and Fit Foods page  of Martina di Cassio and I decided to tell you about it because it is very simple to make, low in calories and fats, and very good, without protein powder but naturally balanced and protein. To make it best, I recommend a round mold or a cup for one person. Follow Martina also on Instagram to see all her recipes!
LIGHT PUDDING WITH BISCUIT SLICES BASE
For one person
two normal or wholemeal rusks or two wholemeal wasa slices (blue pack)
aroma rum or other aroma (vanilla, chocolate)
200 gr of egg whites
100 gr of water
20 gr of cocoa
stevia or other sweetener, also liquid
to garnish a level spoonful of: Hero Light jam or almond or pistachio butter.
Otherwise fruit or whatever your imagination suggests (rapé coconut, sliced almonds, chocolate flakes, etc.)
Calories:Â 250 with the Hero Light
300 jam with almond butter or pistachios (peanuts are fine too)
Procedure . Take the rusks or wasa, break them coarsely, wet them with water (or sweetened tea or sweetened coffee) and arrange them on the bottom of your mold with the help of a spoon, as if you were making a base for cheesecake. In a saucepan, put the water, cocoa and egg whites with sweetener and flavoring, mixing well to avoid lumps (first dissolve the cocoa in a little water, then add the liquid) and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, with a fast movement and at low heat until does not thicken (more or less becomes a cream). When it has become a cream, turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to the rusks. Level the surface well.
Put everything in the fridge (all night), or at least half an hour (if you do it in the morning for breakfast).
Pour over a spoonful of Hero jam to the taste you want, previously beaten in a cup to make it more homogeneous, or a spoonful of peanut butter, almonds or pistachios as in the photo of the original recipe you find here .
And now arm yourself with a spoon and savor it!
Of course, you can make the same light pudding without a rusks base.
