She manages to lose pregnancy weight in 2 steps

Dopo, vedendosi meglio, Natalie è riuscita a iscriversi in palestra, alternando la sala pesi alle camminate (nei giorni in cui non si allenava). Oppure facendo ginnastica a casa quando non aveva tempo di andare in palestra.
Questa cosa è fondamentale dato che camminare fa dimagrire all’inizio, ma successivamente non basta.

This allowed her, without resorting to replacement meals but relying on a nutritionist for a balanced meal plan, to lose another 30 kg over the course of a year and a half.
