Breakfast.  A green tea or a coffee without sugar + 50 grams of wholemeal bread.
Lunch. 
Two eggs + green salad with tomatoes.
Dinner. 
Cooked ham in the desired quantity + green salad with lemon juice.

Thursday (day 4 and day 11)
Breakfast. 
A green tea or a coffee without sugar + 50 grams of wholemeal bread.
Lunch. 
An egg + 30 grams of emmenthal or Asiago + grated carrots at will.
Dinner. 
Choice of two fruits, even large ones + a pack of low-fat Greek yogurt or low-fat normal yogurt (white).
