JENNA JAMESON’S DIET
Before breakfast: 8.00 A coffee with stevia and a drop of cream.
Breakfast: 11.00. Two scrambled eggs, half an avocado, 2 slices of cheese, one coffee.
Lunch: rocket salad or green salad in quantity with a tablespoon of oil, vinegar or lemon juice, and plenty of flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Snack: cottage cheese, one pack.
Dinner (early): a small veal steak or a portion of salmon with asparagus or spinach stewed in a pan with a tablespoon of oil or butter.
Fasting from the end of dinner until eleven at the next breakfast .
