Dr Mosley demonstrates how to lose 6 pounds in 3 weeks
Not only did he devise a fast diet to lose about 10 kilos a month and lose 6 kilos in 3 weeks, the Fast 800 diet, but Dr. Mosley, famous for the Fast or 5: 2 diet, has decided to put his face on it.
Becoming the main doctor of a new British reality show ” Lose a stone in 21 days “, or “Lose 6.5 kilos in 21 days”. In reality Mosley selects a group of overweight or obese participants and follows them for 3 weeks.
During these weeks, participants are doing his Fast 800 diet.

With the Fast 800 diet, you lose more than two kilos a week, while eating only 800 calories a day.
Thanks to the Mosley program he proved that his diet actually allows you to lose 6 kilos in 3 weeks.
But how do you keep the results?
According to Dr. Mosley, the Fast 800 diet should be followed for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 12.
Then switch to the “modified 5: 2 diet” version to maintain results.
That is, two non-consecutive days at 800 calories a week, and the other 5 days with a normal Mediterranean-type diet.
