Weekly weight loss workout for beginners
On Dcomedieta on the fitness page you will find many ideas to train at home or in the gym, however the big problem is not to entice those who are already active or sporty to activity, but to find solutions for those who are not used to moving or are a beginner.
If a person has never done sports or other activities and wants to lose weight, it must be taken into account that, if he is sedentary, he certainly cannot start by trying hard and intense workouts, such as HIIT. Likewise, if this person wants to train at home, therefore without the presence of a coach, there is a risk that some exercises, if performed without experience, can do more harm than good.
For this reason, today we see all the options for a weekly workout to lose weight if you are a beginner.
These are safe options, suitable for all ages, but still effective in losing weight.
They can be done for half an hour every day, precisely because being low impact they are safe and do not cause overtraining. So if you know friends or relatives who would benefit from an easy workout to lose weight, here’s what to recommend. For these workouts there is no need for weights, rubber bands, mats or anything else.
They can also be combined. For example, we can do half an hour of walking home and half an hour of exercises, perhaps at two different times of the day. The examples are valid for a month of training, just alternate them.
