How to use fitness bands to burn fat in 20 minutes
With fitness bands we can burn fat and shape lean mass instead of weights, and above all they are so comfortable that we can use them to train anywhere, certainly at home but even on the go.
In this article we will see a 20-minute workout routine to transform our body and burn fat and calories thanks to these particular elastic bands.
WHAT FITNESS ELASTICS ARE AND WHERE TO FIND THEM
The fitness bands are elastic bands that can have different diameters and shapes, and even different resistances: the hardest ones are those for those who are already used to working with weights or resistances; the lighter ones are for beginners. It is often used to buy a set of 3 or 5 elastic bands, which therefore have different degrees of strength divided by color.
They can also be closed or open.

- In stores specializing in sporting goods, for example Decathlon, or online.
- Amazon offers tons of varieties of fitness bands.

Conversely, many men and in general those who go to the gym and want to train better lats and pectorals generally use long, open bands (i.e. with two gripable ends and often two hooks to fix them to the ground or to a wall), such as these:

Now let’s see some examples of training routines that we can do with fitness bands in just over a quarter of an hour to train the whole body.
I always recommend starting with the lighter colored ones or the lighter ones if you have never trained with rubber bands.
These video workouts are free routines, in Italian and English.
I have chosen them among many because in a few minutes they allow you to obtain an easy and fast training circuit for the whole body which, however, also makes you burn calories.
And if you have more time, you can separately allow 10 minutes more, perhaps at another time of the day, to focus on a part of the body that you want to shape better such as legs, abdomen, arms or buttocks.

- 20 miniband squats: repeat them quickly 3 times in a row with 10 seconds rest every 20 repetitions.
- side walk with miniband do it for 10 steps per side, twice per side.
- buttocks exercise with miniband repeat 15 times with 10 second pause, all for 4 series in a row
- shoulders with miniband , repeat the exercise 10 times for 3 cycles with 10 seconds between each cycle.
- exercise arms with rubber bands
- final abdomen circuit with miniband.
