7 days of low-carb diet to lose 2 kg

Today I propose a 7-day low-carb diet regimen to lose at least 2 kilos without too many sacrifices: ideal if you have exaggerated too much with carbohydrates or you seem to have to take a break from normal nutrition, perhaps reducing carbohydrates for only a week. in order to reduce or better manage the hunger for sweets.
This low-carb diet regimen can inspire you: it should be followed for 7 days, but it can also be repeated once a month if desired. Starting on day eight , you can go back to eating carbohydrates normally.

7 DAYS LOW-CARB DIET
Monday
Breakfast:
 150g Greek yogurt 0% fat with five crumbled pecans and two tablespoons of blueberries + coffee or tea (always sugar-free)
Lunch: 200g natural tuna with a tablespoon of oil and lettuce at will + an orange or 2 mandarins
Dinner: two small turkey burgers and raw spinach at will in a salad with a tablespoon of oil + a chocolate smoothie made with 200 ml of skimmed or soy milk, 15 grams of cocoa bitter, sweetener, 2 ice cubes.
Possible snacks: a teaspoon of peanut butter on two sticks of celery or fennel / ten almonds / 20 gr of parmesan

Tuesday
Breakfast:
 two scrambled eggs + coffee or tea Lunch: spinach or rocket salad with lemon and a tablespoon of oil + 100 gr of grilled tofu. A cup of strawberries or red fruits (125 gr) Dinner: 300 gr of shrimp with 300 gr of vegetables of your choice (no potatoes, carrots, beets) sautéed in a pan with a tablespoon of oil and spices. Possible snacks: half an apple with a teaspoon of peanut butter / 15 gr of dark chocolate / a cucumber and celery smoothie or centrifuged

Wednesday
Breakfast:
 pancakes with 2 egg whites and a small, unripe mashed banana (120 gr), coffee or tea
Lunch: 200 gr of grilled chicken breast or half roasted chicken + a small sweet potato or 3 rice cakes + asparagus steam (at will)
Dinner: boiled cauliflower salad with a tablespoon of oil + 100 gr smoked salmon
Possible snacks:  125 gr of currants / 20 gr of parmesan or Swiss cheese / 15 gr of dark chocolate
