7 day yogurt diet

The 7-day yogurt diet is a lightning and drastic regimen, which allows you to quickly deflate and lose 2 to 3 kilos in a week.
It can be a perfect detox or maintenance regimen if we need to get back in shape immediately after a holiday period or excessive or disordered nutrition. The diet is very simple and involves the use of whole natural whole yogurt, without sugar, combined with a few other daily foods. Alternatively, those who want can replace normal yogurt with Greek one.
Warning: yogurt should be consumed whole and not skimmed.

THE 7-DAY YOGURT DIET
Day 1:
breakfast:
 a package of natural Greek yogurt (170 g or 200 g normal yogurt: * applies to any time you find yogurt written) with a spoonful of rapé coconut + an orange juice fresh (200 ml) or 200 g of blueberries
Lunch: two boiled potatoes (300 g) + 250 g of vegetables dressed with a tablespoon of oil (spinach, salad, lettuce, watercress, radicchio, endive).
A digestive herbal tea. 
snack:  a whole natural Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
dinner: two hard-boiled or scrambled eggs, a boiled potato, 300 grams of mushrooms or zucchini sautéed with garlic parsley and a teaspoon of oil.
snack: 
a natural Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of bitter cocoa and a teaspoon of honey.
