7 day diet for intestinal bloating

Is there a diet to reduce intestinal bloating? A solution that also in recent years has landed in Italy, but which has been known for over fifteen years, is to follow a diet low in Fodmap. It is a diet designed to limit those foods that cause abdominal bloating: in particular cereals, baked goods and legumes, fruits with high fructose content and dairy products.
My suggestion is to try a Fodmap low food diet for 7 days, following a pattern like the one below.

7-DAY DIET FOR INTESTINAL SWELLING

Breakfast.

Porridge with 30 gr of oat flakes cooked in 200 ml of almond or rice milk with no added sugar + a teaspoon or two of brown sugar. Or a lactose-free Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt with a medium-ripe banana and a teaspoon of almond butter + coffee or light tea.

Snack:

a fruit of your choice between half a cup of blueberries or strawberries or half an orange

Lunch.

60-70 gr of quinoa or rice or corn dough with a teaspoon of oil or butter and 130 gr (weighed raw) of the following vegetables: peeled eggplant, bamboo shoots, not too sweet tomatoes, courgettes, pumpkin , radicchio, carrots, spinach. A large hard-boiled egg or 25 grams of Parmesan cheese or other very aged cheese. Alternatively, 2 slices of vegan cold cuts without soy.
Sugar-free fennel seed decoction.

Snack: a fruit of your choice from 100 grams of grapes, kiwi or melon.

Snack: a cucumber.

Moderate meat or fish including veal, beef, turkey, chicken, hake, plaice, trout, tuna or 100 grams of delattosed mozzarella or a two-egg omelette.
A portion of sautéed zucchini, fennel or boiled cauliflower, with a handful of olives and a teaspoon of olive oil (or a side of the vegetables listed above)  + 3 rice or corn cakes.

For those who are vegan, 100 grams of tempeh or 150 grams of pureed spring peas or 100 grams of vegan dairy product based on almond milk or rice.

In this regime it is best to avoid fruit after a meal. You can add lemon juice, spices without exaggerating, and vinegar to flavor dishes.

If the diet in a week takes away the intestinal swelling , all that remains is to try the Fodmap diet and follow it for the period most convenient to your ailment. Since it is a balanced diet, there are no contraindications for health.
