There are six things that if you want to lose weight are more important than a specific diet , six things that could change our behavior towards food and improve our lives. Yet, there are six things that most of us underestimate, believing that they are not effective, that they involve too much time and sacrifices, that, if they do not give certain results, they do not work. Instead, they allow us to lose weight without a diet, and are to be done before considering your diet for grams and calories.

2) Go to the gym:

once we have reduced our sedentary lifestyle, changing the way we live in our free time, it is time to dedicate part of our time to the gym. Let’s prepare a backpack or a bag with everything we need, and go to the gym whenever we can. If we have little time, let the instructor prepare a card that allows us to work on the muscles, increasing our lean mass. This in fact has a direct relationship with the basal metabolic rate . Therefore, the more toned we are, the healthier we are and the more metabolically active we are.
