5 summer and light recipes of cold soups to lose 5 kg
But why settle for a salad when we can prepare a summer soup, diet and low-calorie?
Here are 5 summer cold soup recipes to try to make a meal under 300 calories, complete and satisfying, balanced and dietary.
We can also prepare them in advance or take them “packed”.
Just replace one of these summer recipes for lunch or dinner, preceded by raw vegetables of your choice to munch on, and followed by a sweetened herbal tea with a little stevia. Here is a sample menu for losing 5-6 kg in one month.
COLD SOUP DIET MENU EXAMPLE.
Monday to Friday to lose 5 kg per month.
- Breakfast: a 125 g jar of low-fat white yogurt, a small banana or 200 grams of fruit of your choice, latte with skimmed milk (150 ml) + sweetener.
- Mid-day: a slice of melon or watermelon (100 grams)
- Lunch: cold soup. Cold herbal tea with stevia.
- Snack: 180 ml skim milk smoothie with 100 grams of peaches or apricots or cherries.
- Dinner: 140 grams of white meat or white fish or shrimp / octopus tails with simple cooking or a pound of bresaola or 150 grams of cottage cheese or 100 grams of light mozzarella. 50 grams of bread. 250 grams of vegetables of your choice seasoned with a teaspoon of oil.
After dinner: a lemon, orange or black cherry popsicle. - Saturday: lunch with the piano dinner, free dinner.
- Sunday : free lunch, dinner with the plan lunch.
