4 expert tips to NOT gain weight
Do you know one of the easiest ways to gain weight? From year to year. Researchers at the University of Tasmania have tried to find 4 things not NOT to get fat , that is, they have identified four good habits that can prevent the accumulation of weight that people register from year to year. To do this, they tested a series of good habits on a sample of over a thousand men and women and followed it for five years. The people who followed these four habits, in 5 years had only gained two kilos, while those who did not follow any of these recommendations, gained 4 kilos more, or 6 kilos.
This is without paying attention to the food you ate, going to the gym or other limitations.
