4 Day Lightning Diet That Reduces Fat For Real
There is a 4 day lightning diet that really manages to reduce body fat, which is part of a scientific experiment and the results of which have been proven by scientists, so it works. Essentially, 15 obese participants (men) ate a 4-day diet of 3.2 calories per pound of body weight. During this diet they were closely monitored by doctors. In fact, these calories came only from whey protein sweetened with sucralose, plus a supplement of vitamins and minerals.
After the 4 days, the participants switched to 3 days of a normal low calorie diet, of around 1200-1500 calories.
The point is not only the 4-day semi-fast, but the fact that in the 4 days of the lightning diet they had to do 8 consecutive hours of treadmill with vigorous walking, without running, and 45 minutes of arm and chest exercises with the weights.
This condition was necessary to make the participants lose only fat mass.
And in fact at the end of the week, therefore of the 4 days of the lightning diet and the 3 days of the low-calorie diet, the participants lost from 2 to 4 kilos of fat mass alone. And they didn’t take them back even after a year (watch out, on a maintenance diet).
