to warm up.

For one person.
100 grams of fresh spinach or alternatively 2 cubes of frozen spinach.
120 grams of sweet potato (about half) or 200 grams of pumpkin.
a quarter of a clove of garlic
half a white or copper onion
a pinch of turmeric
one of black pepper
1 pinch of cinnamon and one of nutmeg
a teaspoon of butter or ghee or coconut oil
salt to taste

Finely chop the raw spinach (or frozen, after defrosting them) with onion and celery and set aside.
Cook the half potato in foil, wrapping it in a sheet of aluminum foil, for about 40 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees, or boil it.
If, on the other hand, you use the pumpkin, cut it into pieces of about 6-7 cm and pass it in the oven with a pinch of salt for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Take a saucepan, dip the spinach and onion mixture into the teaspoon of butter with the piece of garlic, lower the heat, cover with a lid and let it dry for about 6-7 minutes. Lift the lid and add 2 glasses of water, stir, add the spices and the previously cooked sweet potato or pumpkin. Continue to cook until boiling, without a lid. From when it starts to boil, let it pass ten minutes. Turn off and with an immersion blender reduce the soup to a puree. Serve hot or warm.
